AES 128-bit: an encryption standard approved by the French Ministry of Defence
All data stored on our Boxes are encrypted to ensure the highest standard of confidentiality. We use encryption standard AES 128 (Advanced Encryption Standard). AES has, to date, never been deciphered.
This algorithm is suitable for many usages including offering facilities for high speed computer processing, very limited resource and memory requirements and flexibility of implementation on a wide variety of platforms and applications. .
The encryption key used is itself encrypted and the password issued exclusively to our customers’ designated administrator.
Warning: We strongly recommend that you keep this password in a safe place (in a safe, for example, or inside the High Security compartmentof the IT SecurityBox). Without this password, your data cannot be read or recovered. You are guaranteed that no third party can access it, not even the Wooxo team.
